Maple Leaf Bike Ride Sponsors

Putting on an event like the Maple Leaf Ride requires a lot of time, effort, and resources. There are several items that are necessary for the event. We are requesting donations of food and cash. Requested food items include hamburgers, hotdogs and associated fixings for the eat-out. Other food items needed are bananas, oranges, cookies, bottled water, energy bars and Powerade or Gatorade or other sports drinks for the rest stops.

All donations to the Joplin Trails Coalition are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Click here to download a copy of our 501(c)(3) IRS certification letter.

For monetary contributions, we are establishing three donor levels:

Standard sponsorship: $100
Super sponsorship: $250
Premier sponsorship: $500

Sponsors at each level will be recognized on this website and on the ride t-shirt, with company logo included for Super and Premier sponsors, if you provide them. The names of the Super and Premier sponsors will be included on a trailhead sign at the main (Carthage) trailhead of the Ruby Jack Trail. In addition, for each Premier sponsor, we will install a trail bench with a name plaque along the trail.
