2010 Maple Leaf Bike Ride
Our Sponsors
The JTC’s 5th Annual Maple Leaf Bike Ride will be held Saturday, October 10, 2009. It is our largest fundraising event of the year and is the perfect opportunity for you, or your business, to contribute towards community improvement throughout the region. Your donations will bring us one step closer to establishing a regional trail network that will not only connect all communities in the area, but also provide useful routes for non-motorized transportation within each community.
Anything you can provide will help. Obviously, cash donations can go directly to paying for materials and labor for trail construction. Donations of food and drink for the rest stops means less supplies the JTC has to purchase for the Maple Leaf Ride. Lower costs for the ride means more money for the Trail. Donations of items to be raffled also help as they provide additional incentive for people to participate in the ride. The JTC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and as such your donation of cash, supplies, services, or other items is tax deductible. Click
here to download a copy of our 501(c)(3) IRS certification letter.
There are three sponsorship levels:
- Standard sponsorship: $100 - $249
- Super sponsorship: $250 - $499
- Premier sponsorship: $500 and over
Sponsors of all levels will receive recognition on our websites and the Maple Leaf Ride T-shirts.
Super and Premier sponsors will also be recognized on a sign at the Carthage Trailhead.
As a special thank you for our Premier sponsors, your name will be added to a bench on the Ruby Jack Trail.
If you, your company, or organization would like to support the development of a regional trail network, please
download the sponsorship form, fill it out and return it with your donation. We appreciate your commitment to make our communities even better.
